3. Learned counsel for the petitioners-State submitted that in identical matter, State has preferred SLP (C) Nos. 29618-29619/2024 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Akhilanand Singh & Ors.) and it is pending consideration.

4. In the light of the aforementioned submission on behalf of the State, we proceed to dispose of the present Civil Review petition with liberty to file revival of today's order, in the event of said SLP is allowed in their favour.

5. Accordingly, present Civil Review No. 57 of 2023 stands disposed of.
