The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. case No. 80 of 2017 under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 33, 41, 47, 53 of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. 75 liters of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.05.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29118 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in Sono P.S.
