JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected twice by this court. Last order of rejection is dated 01.09.2021. It is submitted that during trial five witnesses have been examined, including the informant, PW 5, and wife of the deceased, PW 3, but they have not supported the prosecution case and have been declared hostile. Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
