Prayer is allowed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that although the date of occurrence is 22.04.2016 but the first information report has been lodged on 11.05.2016. His name has been dragged merely on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33273 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Meghan Paswan who is implicating him in all the cases. Other than that, he submits, that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and that he is in custody since 16.02.2017. In the light of the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Deep Nagar Police Station Case No 93 of 2016.
