Petitioner submits that against selection of respondent no.9 as Anganwari Sevika she has made specific claim that candidature of respondent no.9 was not in accordance with law and that instead of respondent no.9 the petitioner should have been selected.

The issue regarding selection in question is pending

Patna High Court CWJC No.5653 of 2015(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 before the District Magistrate, Saran. The petitioner submits that in respect of the said grievance having been lodged in November, 2014, till today the same has not been considered or disposed of.

In view of the grievance raised by the petitioner's counsel, this Court would direct that if no final decision has been taken/communicated to the petitioner, pursuant to her grievance dated 20.11.2014, respondent District Magistrate, Saran should dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Writ petition is disposed of.
