The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding three unknown miscreants having intercepted the informant and thereafter having pushed the informant whereafter they are said to have taken away the arms of the informant, which is said to have been subsequently recovered from the co-accused, namely, Barun Paswan. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor T.I. Parade has been held to connect the petitioner in the alleged crime and his name has transpired on account of confessional

No.13888 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 statement made by one Manish Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66029 of 2018. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 03.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018.
