JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 The petitioners have challenged the order dated 18.03.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No. 478 of 2014, arising out of Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013 whereby the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for their discharge under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the offences under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has been rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16876 of 2015(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Perused the order impugned as well as the materials brought on record in support of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of discharge as no good ground has been made out for the same. In case the trial has not yet been concluded, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the same without any further delay.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed.
