Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 366(A), 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute, allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault only.

The allegation of commission of rape is against co-accused Phuldeo Yadav, as per the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. vide Annexure-5. There is no allegation of kidnapping of victim by the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner , let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11413 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laukahi Police Station Case No.184 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
