JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner assaulted the informant, Usman Mian, with Daab on his head. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence in which son of the petitioner has also received injuries.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Panapur P.S. case No. 95 of 2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14118 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 pending in the court of learned ACJM-IV, Saran at Chapra. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
