The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 468,467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he is Branch Manager of non-banking company Indusweir Industries Limited in which informant has deposited Rs.15,000/- but after maturity the said company did not return the maturity amount of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused has been granted bail in the instant case by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

No.20295 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018.
