Petitioner has filed this petition for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willfully
Patna High Court MJC No.992 of 2016(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 disobeying and discarding the order dated 09.09.2015 passed in CWJC No.5029 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that M/s Amazing India Contractors Private Limited filed LPA No.1947 of 2015 against the order dated 09.09.2015 passed in CWJC No.5029 of 2015 and the Airport Authority of India and others also filed LPA No.301 of 2016 against the same order. Both LPAs. were heard together and order dated 09.09.2015 passed in CWJC No.5029 of 2015 has been set aside. In this view of the fact, no case is made out to proceed against the opposite parties. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
