JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021.
