2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the IPC, registered in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 663 of 2022.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons, including the petitioner, firstly assaulted the informant's son with fists and legs and then killed him by pressing his neck. It is further alleged that the deceased was subsequent hanged with a duppatta to make it appear a suicide.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated on

No.12961 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 account of previous land dispute and the FIR reveals that there is specific allegation against co-accused Kalawati Devi and Suraj @ Surat and the allegation is not specifically attributed to the petitioner, rather it is general and omnibus. The learned counsel has submitted further that the petitioner carries clean antecedents and is laughing in prison since 20.11.2024.
5. The learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR and orchestrated the killing of the son of the informant.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and also keeping in view the fact that similarly situated accused person Hari Shankar Rai has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc.No.18410 of 2024 and co-accused Gopal Prasad Yadav, Shashi Bhushan Kumar and Siyaram Sahi have been granted regular bail in Cr.Misc. No. 20225 of 2024 and Cr.Misc. 20256 of 2024 by the co-ordinate Benches of this Court, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 663 of 2022, subject to the condition that the
