The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laheriasrai P.S. Case no. 348 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecutrix made allegation against the petitioner and others that they always used to vex and harass her and they entered into her house and tried to outrage her modesty after removing her sari. She has submitted that prior to lodging of the present case, Meena Devi, the mother of Binay Mahto had lodged a case bearing C.R. no. 156/10 in which Parmeshwari Devi was accused along with her husband and others. Parmeshwari Devi filed an affidavit stating there in that no occurrence as alleged has

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and others that they entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
