The petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 69 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2022 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
