Mr. Singh, learned senior counsel fairly submits that against the order refusing to grant interim protection he had preferred Letters Patent Appeal being No. 141 of 2021 and the learned Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 27.06.2022 considering the fallacy in the order passed by the Principal Secretary have been pleased to set aside the impugned order passed under Section 18(5) of the Bihar Panchayt Raj Act,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4559 of 2020(8) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 2006 and in view thereof, the present application lost its efficacy.

3. Having considered the submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 141 of 2021.
