The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.117 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 448, 342, 323, 354B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and nature of the injuries sustained by the injured, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No.117 of 201, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
