2. He further submits that the heirs of the petitioner will be approaching the Circle Officer, Barhariya, Siwan (respondent no. 7) pursuant to the notice dated 29.11.2023 to make him satisfy.

3. Learned State Counsel submits that already six months have lapsed and he do not have any instruction on the

4. As the sole petition is no more, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is no more and the heirs will be approaching the Circle Officer, Barhariya to respond to the notice dated 29.11.2023, the writ petition stands disposed of.
