JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the postmortem report does not reflect any injury to the victim. Considering the fact that decomposed body was transmitted for postmortem when the petitioner failed to explain the reasons for not informing the police, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14756 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 115 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
