JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the married daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has supported the accusation.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 164 Cr.P.C. statement suggests that the victim of her own went in the company of this petitioner. More over, the victim has also admitted in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement that her husband deserted her after four years of marriage.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14758 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Araria.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
