By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.45 of 2019 arising out of Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No.86 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that on the false pretext of marriage, he ravished a minor girl aged 17 years, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest
