JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The petitioners' complaint before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), has been disposed of by an order dated 06.09.2018, passed by the Sub-Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Biraul, which the petitioners are challenging. The Act provides remedy of appeal before the appellate authority which the petitioners have apparently not availed.

2. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the

3. It is indicated that if such appeal is preferred within four weeks from today before the competent authority and any question of delay in filing the appeal arises, the appellate authority shall consider favourably condonation of delay in filing the appeal, if any, application for condonation of delay is filed.
