Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8938 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12225 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 779 of 2019.
