This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.723 of 2022, registered for offences punishable under Sections 354(D)/ 363/ 120(B)/ 34 of the IPC and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of VIth Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No.723 of 2022 within a period of six

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16098 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 weeks from today and apply for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day.

It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that the learned Trial Court shall consider the case of the petitioner, for grant of regular bail on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present petition by the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
