KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sachiwalaya P. S. Case no. 69 of 2017 instituted for offence registered under Sections 3/5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prohibition) Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that on 25.05.2017 police received information that immoral act was going on at Bhagwati Guest House. Thereafter, police party raided the Guest House and found the petitioner sitting at the counter of that Guest House. On search, two boys and one girl were arrested from a room in a suspicious circumstance.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he was a staff of the Guest House and that is the only allegation against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32935 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-II cum Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case no. 69 of 2017.
