JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 The petitioner had earlier approached this Court for grant of bail but the application was permitted to be withdrawn in order to enable the petitioner to approach this Court only after he was granted bail in other cases in which he has been made accused.

Hence the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 329 of 2017, arising out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 dated 19.01.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 15(2) and 15(4) of the P.M.P. Act, 1962 (Amendment Act) 1911 and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR. He was arrested in another case in which his confession was recorded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6390 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 and thereafter, he was remanded in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2017. The petitioner has been granted bail in all other cases which have been lodged against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Ist Jamui in connection with Sessions Trial No. 329 of 2017, arising out of Jhajha P.S.
