Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint case no. 192 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3557 of 2017 but liberty was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below with amount of cheque but petitioner did not surrender before the court below and again after three years of order dated 26.04.2017 has come before this Court for grant of anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20529 of 2020(2) dt.16-10-2020 2/2 bail.

Learned counsel of the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay the amount of cheque to the complainant.
