From perusal of the order impugned, it is evident that co-accused Niranjan Bhagat @ Niranjan Kumar and Pappu Bhagat have already been granted regular bail. That being so, the instant petition is being disposed of without interfering with the merit of the case, directing the learned lower Court to adjudicate upon the prayer in case so made on behalf of the petitioner in light thereof. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
