2. The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For quashing the part of investigation of Govindpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2016 by which the petitioner has been made accused in the case for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

(ii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case.

3. In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Nawada for appropriate direction to the I.O. of Govindpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2016 for proper investigation and if such an application is being filed and the Superintendent of Police finds merit in the application, he may pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.

6. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Nawada forthwith through FAX for its compliance.
