JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections363, 366(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the victim girl after recovery has given statement u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that she has performed marriage with Jalaluddin Mian with whom, she had love affairs. Petitioners are said to be parents of the said Jalaluddin Mian.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31825 of 2017 (4) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.
