Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376/ 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation of rape is against co-accused Binod Yadav, whereas petitioners are alleged to have abused the informant and her family members.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and the specific allegation is against co-accused Binod Yadav. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners
