Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that though the marriage of the petitioner with opposite party no.2 was settled, but his brother met with an accident on the date of Barat. However, opposite party no.2 did not accept the offer of deferring the date of marriage and filed the instant complaint case. He submits that opposite party no.2 has already been married to some other person. Allegation of demand of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15077 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 motorcycle is also not correct as the same has already been purchased in the name of Radha Kumari, daughter of the complainant.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in PS.
