Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401,414,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that co-accused Kundan Kumar was apprehended by the police and he confessed before the police that the petitioner is his criminal associate. Further submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no other material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2018. Investigation of the case is at verge of the completion.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21967 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahua Police Station Case No.10 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
