2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506, 379, 467, 468 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 551C/2023.
3. According to allegation, Kartik Singh was the original landholder, who executed a pervana regarding the land in dispute in favour of the complainant. Since the date of execution of pervana, the father of the complainant and thereafter the petitioner was in possession of that land. The allegation against the lineal descendants of Kartik Singh and others is that they sold that land in favour of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a case of pure civil nature and ultimate remedy lies in the civil court of competent jurisdiction, and not in the criminal court.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 551C/2023.
