Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant. On alarm of the informant committed assault. Petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nima Chandpura Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3222 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 06 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
