2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the Patna to call for the explanation from the Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna under what capacity of law the Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna changing the long standing

Patna High Court CWJC No.4216 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/3 Jamabandi which was running from more than 30 years in the name of the petitioner contrary to the administrative order passed by the Patna in the case of the petitioner and stay the changing of the Jamabandi and cancellation of the Jamabandi till further order of Patna circulated vide Memo No.

PT/89 dated 12.03.2016 and vide Memo No. PT- 89 dated 12.03.2016 (Annexure-P/4 Series);

(ii) for further relief for administrative action against the Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna who created Jamabandi contrary to the order passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Patna on the basis of representation dated 20.07.2023, 10.08.2023 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4216 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 3/3 02.02.2024 pending before the Patna for appropriate enquiry and action in accordance with in the interest of justice:

(iii) for any other relief/relief admissible under the law in the light of factual profile of the case in the interest of the justice.

3. After some argument, Mr. Gopal Govind Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned SC-9 submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of his grievance.
