JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No.46 of 2017, a case under Sections 307/504/506 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that for land dispute the petitioners allegedly caused injury with axe.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow. The injury report would reveal that there was no grievous injury found by the doctor. The petitioners are in custody since 23.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5081 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
