The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16970 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/3 arrest in connection with Siswan P. S. Case No. 273 of 2018 dated 26.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 308, 324, 504, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accused persons are alleged to have made attempts to cultivate the land belonging to the informant and on protest an occurrence of assault took place. In the assault, two persons are said to have been injured. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that one of the persons has received minor injuries whereas the injuries on the person of another has been reserved and no opinion has been given.

There is counter version of the occurrence also. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the background facts as also the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with
