2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, instituted under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Age of the victim has been assessed about 17-19 years by the medical board. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not supported the fact of the prosecution case. She further stated that due to love affairs with the petitioner she

Petitioner is a young boy of 21 years having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S.
