On a request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a report was called for in regard to the statement made at the Bar that despite specific order of this Court, till date the bail bonds of the petitioner has not been accepted by the jurisdictional court on the ground of verification of criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

The report was called for on two occasions vide order dated 22.03.2023 and 05.04.2023 from the jurisdictional court, however, the same has not yet been received. On the request made by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17699 of 2023(4) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 petitioner that he would be furnishing the bail bond on behalf of the petitioner within a week, the present application stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. In case, the bails bonds of the petitioner would be furnished before the jurisdictional court within a week from the date of receipt/production of the order, the same shall be accepted in accordance with law and also in terms of the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr.
