The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.664 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused who were arrested on chase by the police. Submission is that in fact looted mobiles along with two pistols and live cartridges were recovered from their possession. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, no recovery from his possession and he was not apprehended by the police. Learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4847 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 counsel for the petitioner submits that no T.I.P. has been held as yet. Learned counsel submits that there is one case against the petitioner being Maner P.S. Case No.666/17 in which bail application is pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, if not wanted in any other case, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.664 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
