This is an application for bail in connection with GRP (DBG) P.S.Case No. 50 of 2017, corresponding to G.R.No. 64 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of mobile of informant and there is recovery from him also. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than one month having clean antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31685 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 petitioner at this stage.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude it within six months. If trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
