The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 188 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.
