2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner admits that in compliance of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.1776 of 2020, order has been passed, but the said order has been passed in violation of the observation made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

3. This Court is of the firm view that testing of the said order is not within the scope of the Contempt Court.

4. As such, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.652 of 2024 is hereby disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that he may challenge the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.1776 of 2020 before the Appropriate Forum.
