JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry, the daughter of the informant was done to death and her dead body was disposed of by the petitioner in association with other accused persons.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the uncle-in-law of the deceased and has no concern with the family affairs of the husband of the deceased. He is separately living from him. Allegation leveled against him is general and omnibus in nature. He is in custody since 09.03.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail
