That this writ application being prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to take appropriate action

Patna High Court CWJC No.4479 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 to maintain status quo on the suit land in compliance of order dated 08-042021 passed by the court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division IIIrd in connection with Partition Suit No. 52 of 2010 whereby and whereunder the learned civil judge has been pleased to allowed the petition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff no 4 under order 39 rule 1 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for interim injunction and directed all the parties of the suit to maintain status quo regarding the suit property till final adjudication of the suit by the learned trial court."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division-III, Samastipur, in connection with Partition Suit No. 52 of 2010, for enforcement of the interim order dated 08.04.2021. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
