Learned counsel for the petitioner requests to modify name of the bank from 'Union Bank of India' to 'UCO Bank' in paragraph no. 5 and name of the district from 'Sheohar' to 'Sitamarhi' in the address column of the petitioner, which is part of the cause title in the order dated 19.11.2022 through which petitioner has been granted bail by this Court. Stamp reporting section is directed to correct the name of the district in the address column of the petitioner, accordingly, being part of the cause title.

Accordingly, 'name of the bank' and 'name of the district' in the order dated 19.11.2022 be modified and same be read as 'UCO Bank' and 'Sitamarhi' respectively.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 14836 of 2022(5) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 19.11.2022.
