At an earlier occasion vide Annexure-1, order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48489/2016, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected observing the quantum of recovery, at that very stage, whereupon considering the period of custody since 08.08.2016 as well as absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the instant petition, petitioner, Jitendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd ADJcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in Excise Case No. C-233/2016.
