2. As prayed, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with the aforesaid liberty.

3. It is made clear that in case the petitioners seek remedy by way of appeal as may be available to them, the question of condonation of delay may be sympathetically considered having regard to the fact that the petitioners had been pursing the present writ petition before this Court.
