Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 379, 504, 506, 307, 323, 324 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that there is case and counter case. No specific overt act is alleged against him. Allegation is primarily against Sambhu Yadav, Shatrughan Yadav and Awdesh Yadav.

Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, in connection with Dholbajja P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015.
